Damaged or faulty kits

If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, we ship a replacement immediately via priority mail at no cost to you. Email [email protected] with a photo and your order email address.

Hygiene & integrity — the fairness policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, physical ritual units cannot be returned once the packaging seals have been broken. This is a promise to every student: you will never receive “refurbished” tools from us.

Unopened kits

Change of mind on an unopened kit? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the sealed kit is returned in original condition, we refund the product portion of your purchase. Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns.

The 7-Day Promise (course component)

Your $99 purchase is two things: a $50 kit of 60 sticks, and $49 of course access. Complete all seven days of the course. If the ritual has not earned its place in your routine, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the $49 course portion. Opened kits are non-returnable for hygiene, and yours to keep. Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days. We ask only that you have genuinely completed the seven lessons; this promise exists for practitioners, not browsers.

Your statutory rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
