Markus, the founder of Flow Temple

Meet Markus,
the person behind Flow Temple.

I teach yoga and bodywork, and practise moxa myself. Flow Temple brings together practical teaching, traditional references, and equipment for home learning.

I’m not an acupuncturist or Chinese medicine doctor. This is education for home practice, with clear limits and named sources.

A few things
before you begin.

Practical questions, plainly answered.

What should moxa feel like?

The course describes pleasant warmth. Sharp heat, itching, or discomfort means lift the unit away immediately. Follow the directions and never continue through discomfort.

Is there smoke?

Burning mugwort produces smoke and an earthy herbal smell. Use a ventilated room, keep children and pets away from lit units, and follow the safety instructions.

Can I learn as a beginner?

The teaching begins with preparation, placement, and removal, then follows a seven-day learning sequence. You can revisit lessons and keep printable references beside you.

Is moxa suitable for everyone?

No. The Guide checks concerning signs, circumstances such as pregnancy or reduced skin sensation, and heat indicators before showing a routine. It is traditional wellness education, not a diagnosis or medical assessment.

Where do you deliver?

The Starter Kit ships from Sydney, with free delivery across Australia. Tracking is emailed when your parcel is on its way.

How do I access the course?

After checkout, look for your course access email. Sign in with the email used for your purchase. The kit and online teaching are included in the $99 AUD price.
