What we collect

Your name, email address and shipping address when you purchase — collected via our payment provider, Stripe.
Your email address when you create a course login or contact us.
Basic, non-identifying technical data needed to serve the website securely.

How we use it

To fulfil your order and ship your kit within Australia.
To give you access to the course you purchased and send you login links.
To answer your questions and provide the guidance included in your bundle.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Third parties we rely on

Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card details).
Supabase — secure account and course-access storage.
Resend — transactional email delivery (login links, order confirmations).
YouTube — course video hosting; loading a lesson video is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Access & deletion

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or its deletion, at any time by emailing [email protected]. Note that we may need to retain transaction records where required by Australian tax law.
