Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1. Digital Masterclass access
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once the Video Masterclass has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you. If you experience a technical failure that prevents access and we cannot remedy it within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Physical Student Kits (The Stickers)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for physical Moxa units once the packaging has been opened or the seals broken.
Change of Mind: If the kit is completely unopened and unused, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our Sydney location.
Faulty Goods: If your stickers are damaged or unsafe upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for a replacement at no cost to you.
3. How to request a return
To initiate a request, simply email us with your order number and a brief explanation. We aim to process all valid requests within 10 business days.
