1. Shipping Costs and Shipping Partner
The following conditions apply to the delivery of our physical products (Flow Temple Ritual Kits, Moxa accessories):
- Within Germany: Free shipping (No shipping costs).
- Other EU countries: Calculated at checkout
Shipping is handled by our logistics partner DHL (Deutsche Post).
2. Delivery Times
The delivery time consists of the order processing time and the shipping duration.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Standard Delivery Time (Germany): 2–4 business days.
The estimated total delivery time for the Flow Temple Ritual Kit is therefore 3–6 business days.
3. Digital Access (Video Course)
Access to your online video course is granted independently of the delivery of the physical kits.
- After successful payment, you will receive your personal access link and password within a few minutes via email.
- No shipping costs apply to the digital course.
Note: For orders that include both digital and physical products, shipping costs are only relevant for the physical items. Digital access is activated immediately.
